Haven't received the item! They just decided not to send it! Terrible service!

On the day of delivery, the wrote "Refused upon delivery as we've been advised this parcel was not ordered by anyone at the address" which is a lie! We were home and expected the delivery! And there is no proper communication or phone number to call you guys, or call Evri deliveries - it's all automated answering! Such an annoying poor experience!
