Delivery

United Kingdom

Free standard delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping charge at checkout.

Orders placed on a working day are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the same or next working day. Standard delivery then typically takes 2 to 4 working days.

Europe and Norway

Delivery to the European Union is a flat GBP 15.00 per order. Delivery to Norway is a flat GBP 23.99 per order. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and Norway. If your country is not offered at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us and we will send you instructions. If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage.

Warranty

Our suitcases carry up to a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults. See our Warranty page for what is covered.

All prices shown include VAT. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
