Ezzyrol 1-Year Warranty

At Ezzyrol, we take pride in creating durable, reliable travel gear built to last. Every piece in our collection goes through strict quality checks and we’re confident you’ll love the performance and craftsmanship. For extra peace of mind, we provide a warranty with every bag.

All Ezzyrol luggage and bags are protected by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Terms of Warranty

Should an issue arise with the materials or craftsmanship, your purchase is protected under our warranty.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, airline handling, cosmetic wear and tear, or exposure to water, heat or chemicals.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

To make a claim, email info@britonluggagedepot.com with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the affected area

We’ll review your claim and, depending on availability, offer a repair, send replacement parts, or provide a product exchange of equal value.

Customers are responsible for return postage if the item needs to be sent in for assessment. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 7 working days of receiving the complete details.
