Decent space and easy to pull

Bent and broken frame.

I was very disappointed when I unpacked my shopping trolly. The frame was bent and dented and one of the supports was loose and I was unable to put it back in the holes provided.
I was hoping to use this as my last one was no longer in a condition to be used after continual use for over a year. I hope I will be provided with a returns policy and instructions.
